Apartment Lavanda has two bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed (for 1 person), a kitchen and a dining room. This apartment is 48 m² and is ideal for 4 adults or a family with 3 children. Like all our apartments, Lavanda has its own balcony.

The apartment has a beautiful west facing balcony with sea views as it is on the 2nd floor of Villa Agatha and can only be reached by stairs. You can enjoy the sunset from here.
The basis for the furnishings and equipment was always the question of how we would like it to be on holiday.

This apartment has been renovated in 2021.

• Kitchen with 4-ring hob, sink, dishwasher and large fridge
• Microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and kitchen utensils.
• Tea towels
• Air conditioning

Bathroom:

• Bathroom with washbasin, large shower and hanging WC

Balkon:

• West-facing balcony with sea view and seating area

Included services:

• Utilities are included in the price (water, electricity, heating, rubbish)
• Tourist tax included in the price
• Parking at the accommodation

Infos:

• The Lavanda family apartment is designed for up to four people – adults and children. No more than 4 people together please – and that does not mean 4 adults plus x children! Exception: A baby up to one year old can be booked in addition to the four adults.
• We are a non-smoking house. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments. However, smoking is permitted on the balcony and in the garden. On the balconies only with closed doors and windows.
• A deposit of 100 euros is required at the time of booking. This will be retained in the event of no-show.
• There is a charge of 50 euros for final cleaning.
• Full payment 7 days before arrival by bank transfer (SEPA).

Arrival and departure info

• Arrival:
  • The keys are handed over on arrival and departure at Villa Agatha
  • You will find consumables such as coffee filters, bin liners and toilet paper for first use in the flat. Please take care of the replacement yourself.
• Departure:
  • On the day of departure, the property is at your disposal until 9.30 a.m. so that we can make it shine again.
  • The flat should be handed over swept clean.
