Recently renovated in 2020, this 40m² sanctuary features a quaint balcony, integrated living and dining space, and easy access to the breathtaking beaches of Biograd.

Bedroom Retreat:

Indulge in restful slumber within the comforting embrace of our light-filled bedroom. Featuring a plush double bed (1,60×2.00) and an additional single bed, adorned with exclusive lighting design, LCD flat screen TV, and parquet flooring, your ultimate relaxation awaits. The bedroom can be darkened by roller blinds with adjustable slats. All windows have mosquito nets to protect you from pesky insects.

Kitchen & Living Space:

Discover culinary delights in our well-appointed kitchen, thoughtfully equipped with modern conveniences for enjoyable family meals. From the expansive dining table to the cozy sofa bed in the living room, every corner of our apartment invites you to unwind and create lasting memories. The well-equipped, spacious kitchen has all that you require to enjoy meals with your family.
It includes an expansive, inviting dining table, a large fridge with a freezer, a ceramic hob with four elements and an extractor hood, an oven, a dishwasher and an integrated washing machine.

Additionally, we have provided the kitchen with a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, and a microwave. The holiday flat also comes with a comprehensive range of pots, pans, crockery, glassware, and cutlery. Please inform us of any missing items.

Upon arrival, you will discover washing-up liquid, a washing-up sponge/cloth, bin liners, and cleaning supplies located within the kitchen. Like the toilet paper, these items serve as starting supplies for your first few days. For subsequent days, you can purchase daily necessities at a nearby retail store. Typically, some coffee filter bags are available as well. If you discover oil, tea, coffee, sugar or spices left by previous occupants, feel free to use them because we regularly sort through old items and they should be fine.

Air conditioning is available for hot weather. There is a comfortable sofa in the living room. This sofa can be converted into a sofa bed.

Furnishings & Linen: Your comfort is our priority. Upon arrival, you’ll find the beds expertly made with our initial supply of high-quality bed linen. We also provide one bath mat and one tea towel to enhance your stay. Should you desire a fresh change of linen during your visit, we offer this service for a small surcharge, ensuring your utmost comfort throughout your stay.

• Inclusive Services: Your peace of mind is paramount. Included in your stay are utilities such as water, electricity, heating, and rubbish disposal. Additionally, we provide clean bed linen, soap, washing powder, a vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, ironing board, and iron, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience.
• Tourist Tax: Rest easy knowing that the tourist tax is already included in the price of your stay.
• Internet & WLAN Access: Stay connected with complimentary access to the internet via WLAN (WiFi). Access details will be provided upon arrival.

• Towel Service: Should you require additional towels during your stay, we offer this service for a small additional charge. Please feel free to reach out to us for more information.
• Arrival and Departure Information: Prior to your arrival, detailed instructions for key handover will be communicated to ensure a smooth check-in process. Please present a valid photo ID upon arrival. Check-in time is until 21:00, while check-out is by 09:30am on the day of departure. To facilitate a prompt handover, we kindly request that the property be left clean and tidy, with all rubbish removed.

Booking Policies:

• Maximum Occupancy: Our family apartment is designed to accommodate a maximum of 4 guests, including both adults and children. Please note that exceptions are made for infants up to one year old.
• Smoking Policy: While smoking is prohibited within the flats, you are welcome to indulge on the balcony and in the garden, provided doors and windows are closed for the comfort of all guests.
