The Ruža family apartment accommodates up to 6 guests, including 4 adults and 2 children. Situated on the first floor, it offers approximately 74 square meters of living space.

The highlight? A spacious terrace leading to our manicured garden.

The vacation apartment has its own entrance. Access to the apartment is possible only by stairs.

Apartment Features:

Two spacious bedrooms: “Red Rose” and “Rosa Rose”:

• The “Red Rose” bedroom features a cosy double bed that measures 1.80 metres in width and 2.00 metres in length. The beds have an open foot end for easy access. Additionally, the room is furnished with a wardrobe, two nightstands, and reading lamps. It also includes an extra single bed, which is 80 centimetres wide and 200 centimetres long.
• The “Rosa Rose” bedroom also has a comfortable double bed that measures 1.60 metres in width and 2.00 metres in length, along with an extra single bed that is 80 centimetres wide and 200 centimetres long. The beds also have an open foot end. There is a wardrobe and two bedside tables with reading lights.
• Every mattress has a protector on it.

Blackout: All bedrooms have shutters with slats that can completely block out light. The windows have mosquito nets. Plus, each bedroom comes with air conditioning included in the price. No extra charges!

The bedrooms and living room have parquet flooring.

Living room:

• Large sofa (convertible to a sofa bed) and armchair.
• Flat-screen TV with satellite reception.

Well-equipped kitchen:

• Dishwasher, large fridge, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and microwave.
• Initial Kitchen essentials provided for your convenience.

Please note that we provide dishwashing liquid, a sponge, bin liners and cleaning supplies for your arrival. These items are for the first few days, as is toilet paper. For the next few days you can get all your daily essentials from the local shops. You may even find some coffee filter bags available. You can also use any oil, tea, coffee, sugar or spices left by previous tenants and be sure they are still good as we regularly throw away old items. Both the kitchen and bathroom are tiled.

Spacious bathroom:

• Large shower (140cm x 80cm), sink, and toilet.
• Hairdryer available upon request.

Patio:

• Secluded outdoor area with shelter and wooden furniture.
• Clothes dryers and washing lines provided.

Extras:
